This was supposedly a slip-up from the programming: various game guides stated that Ghost was super-helpful on Psychic, and an in-match coach at Saffron Town says that Psychic Pokémon dread only ghosts and bugs! It had been corrected in Era two when Ghost turned Tremendous-helpful from Psychi
